Family Comfort Food

Today we had Child No. 1 back at home for the first time since lockdown.  Living, and working full-time, in shared accommodation in London would have been a challenge for anyone; but he was also trying to renovate a house, so he was back in our 'bubble' for a couple of days rest.  Well we though it was going to be rest, but he has brought his laptop!

We has spicy sausages with roast sweet potato and onions, topped with tahini, pine nuts, za'atar and parsley - and a glass of red!
