Our Changing World

Met up with some friends today for the first time since lockdown.
 
We discuss how the world has changed.
Few people six months ago had heard of zoom, or the ‘R’ figure, or furloughing. 
One of the biggest changes, we hear from a young architect, is the demand for houses out of cities is increasing and they now stipulate they want a garden, a room for an office and a gym.
 
He sees a lot of potential business ahead.
 
One thing that hasn’t changed is the natural world. 
I had my evening walk in Mine woods and I am pleased to see no change there.
