Rusty Latch

I had a short walk with Finlay early this morning - it was cool and he wasn’t too bad. He is still not going at full speed, but does appear to be improving.

Afterwards I took myself off for a long walk - nearly two hours - and found this rusty gate latch and chain to add to my collection of latches (#latch @madwill).

Spent a while in the garden this afternoon tying up fruit bushes - they have become a bit wild and are obstructing the path to the gate!

Chopped up loads of cardboard to go in the recycling bin which is due to be collected tomorrow.

The bloomin’ squirrel has been back again - must investigate some sort of trap, although I understand that the law in the UK does not allow release of greys and if caught they have to be destroyed…
