“Comfortably Rum”

We are in Denver visiting Josiah and Clelyn. David flew us there safely and quickly (5 hour flight) in his little Piper Archer single engine propeller plane. Josiah’s hobby of creating cocktails has expanded with their move to a larger downtown apartment that has room for a little bar area (and a guest room which we could stay in!) This cocktail was named after a Pink Floyd song. Aptly named because David came here last year to attend a concert with Josiah and Clelyn of the cover band “Brit Floyd”. The cocktail was rum based with pineapple juice and other ingredients, including a pineapple flavored gummy bear on a cocktail stick, (Josiah’s signature garnish).
