Momo Mates

We had a Zoom first thing with the 24-7ers, everyone looking a bit groggy and half asleep! Danny and I needed some collective wisdom on an issue we're dealing with re the homeless situation in town. Late morning we met up with these 2 other Momo (Nate's old nursery) families - one French one Spanish. Lovely to see them and to watch the 3 kids play together. We met at where the French mom works, a little atelier that makes handmade clothes, toys, holds art workshops, cooks beautiful food...a very creative and beautiful space! Kaliz makes the clothes. Home for a lovely Skype with friends, hilariously punctuated by escaping chickens in their garden. 
Danny and Stephen then headed to prison, the feedback when they got home for tea was that Sole looked radiant and is doing really well - so so good, and so what we've been praying for! Lovely to eat tea with Stephen - the kids were delighted when he read them a bedtime story too. 
A Skype with Abby rounded off the day!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Having a community to fall back into and pray with. 
2) Kaliz and co. being so generous.
3) Hearing such good news of Sole. 

I've had to add an extra as I so loved the girls outstretched hands towards the doll!
