Mono Monday. : : Together

I couldn't decide between these two photos of the appearance of togetherness, and yet....

In the top picture Dana and Peter arrived to sift  and shift piles of compost from  branches which were chipped by the county two  or three years ago and just left alone in the field. They've turned into lots of nice compost which is ready to go into the compost bin which Dana has made into her mission. Peter is at home and jobless since his summer job is working at a swimming pool and ready to do something besides sleep until 2pm, play poker with friends until 3am and repeat....

I loved this picture of the two of them working together. However they were both wearing almost invisible wireless ear pods , and each of them was tuned into something different. Neither of them heard me coming to see if they needed anything....

The bottom picture shows Ali, the engineer who will be installing our solar battery, wearing a white face mask, checking in boxes containing said battery and other equipment which have just been delivered by the young man strutting his stuff like a runway model. John could learn a thing or two from him about proper posture....They are all together in our garage but they are all both physically and mentally apart....
