Sunflower

My long day at work so I spent the best part of the day in the study upstairs. Kim came round to give us all a hair cut during a slightly extended lunch break, mine is a bit shorter than usual but I will get used to it. John is really pleased with his. I swam again this evening. I managed 1400m, I am determined to do a to mile but it's a strict 45 minute sessions and I just cant quite fit another 200m into the time.
