Going wild

Used our own compost on the new front flower bed and the result is a heap of borage, dead nettles and poppies. All the intentionally-grown plants are smothered, even the marigolds. Not what I planned, but looks gorgeous and the bees love it so I've just selectively removed the thugs.

Maybe I'll get there in 2021?
