Monday

It's been a funny kind of day. I had to pull myself out of bed to get ready for my psychotherapy appt. Only 3 more times on video then back to the office, thank goodness. 

Sat on the sofa afterwards and fell asleep for two and a half hours. Made some lunch then I think I fell asleep again. I can't be sure I fell asleep. 

These flowers are refusing to die. I have had them 4wks.
