Stig of the Dump

round here have we have a lot of quarries. this one is now quite old and been left to nature.

'Stig of the Dump' was filmed around this particular area and I often wonder if he'll pop up one day!

'Stig of the dump' was one of my favorite school books back in the mists of time.
