Plant Potting

Back blip

All go on the patio and we now have six new begonias planted, our aloe vera repotted (had since it was very small) and one other little plant (not sure what it is, a succulent) potted and for the first time, trying to grow two leaves from our marquessa plants. We usually just throw them out as we chop them off as it would take over given half the chance, but those two will go onto the roof terrace and had rooted in water.
Two of the begonias are now on our balcony, one left on the patio, and two in the shaded area of our roof terrace.  The aloe vera has also gone up to the shaded area of our roof terrace as I'm  not sure it got enough sun down here.....we'll see and we'll be keeping an eye on it.

Our hibiscus tree has been looking a bit poorly recently, so I aerated the soil there yesterday and fed it with fertiliser.  In fact, all the plants were fed yesterday.  The hibiscus' leaves are turning yellow and falling off, especially the ones at the bottom of the tree.  Up top, it's healthier, lots of new buds and greenery but overall just looking a bit droopy and balder than usual.  Fingers crossed!

The extra is of our Indian dinner - great excitement as we decided to order a home delivery from our favourite restaurant as a wee treat!  This is the first ever food delivery to our house, if you don't count the pizza I ordered once about 20 years ago when Bb was in London ;-)   It was delicious and piping hot, despite the delivery motorbike boy getting a bit lost trying to find our little hidden away passageway!   We had our bowls and plates all heated up in the oven for its arrival.  Very easy, but we won't be making a habit of it!
