A Fitbit of a day

This morning DPD delivered my Ikea sun umbrella. Was due 10-11am. Nothing. Checked their email and the tracing link said It had been delivered. Looked outside the door, not there. Spotted the photograph they’d sent, showed it was outside the wrong number. The second recent DPD mis-delivery. Again they didn’t ring my bell.

Lunch. Lovely walk on the Overcliff. Big surprise, a pen and shelter had appeared - with 3 baby goats and their mum. They were by the fencing close to the Overcliff. So hope they are safe there. There are some unsavoury characters around.

On the way back we popped into the Miramar Hotel for a pleasant drink and chat with ‘E’. Sat in the gardens and listened to the jazz.

Home and prepared dinner (vegan mushroom omelette) before settling down to watch THE match, Bournemouth v Leicester. All hope over after a 0-1 start. Somehow we won 4-1. Still in relegation zone, 3 points behind Watford and Aston Villa. Miracles can still happen.

I spent some time during the day sttempting to sort Mr B’s Fitbit. A screen saying “Screen Wake - Notifications” keeps reappearing. Have tried remedies on Google / You
Tube. No luck. . Currently restarting for a second time.
