Oily Rag

We've seen everyone this weekend, but not at the same time. We told them all that we weren't doing a Sunday dinner this weekend, just for a break. We've been quite busy recently and tired, just wanted a day relaxing.
Visited Julia and the twins yesterday, Johanna Ruby and Eric came to see us late morning today unexpectedly and then Daniel, Dhylan, Lennon, Hendrix and Buddy popped in for a little while this afternoon.
It was nice to see everyone without the chaos of them all being here at the same time and ensuing tidying up that is necessary afterwards.

The motorbike pictures? I popped to ASDA on the bike after we'd had our lunch to get F.M.i.L. some liquid paracetamol (suspension) as we were very low. She had a fall a week ago last Thursday, 22 stitches in her head after she hit the chest of drawers on the way down and hurt her shoulder and arm. Pulled her back too it appears. 
On the way back from ASDA I pass along Metz Way and turned off to go to see 'Oily Rag', they are a bike clothing company which also does excellent coffee and is a big meeting place for bikers and motorists both. Sometimes they have theme days, recently they held a U.S.A. motor day, some amazing old Yankee cars turned up.
I got there at 14:25, just as they were clearing up to close. I thought it was 16:00 closing, like a Saturday, but on Sundays I forgot they close earlier.
Had time to wander around and took a couple of photos of these bike.
The Triumph Bobber and the Cafe Racer were rebuilt by them, and a great job they did too.
I think it's owned, or at least he has an interest in Oily Rag, by Henry Cole. He of 'The Worlds Greatest Motorbike Rides', 'Shed and Buried', 'The Motorbike Show' and others.
It was his Route 66 programmes that really made me think about doing it myself. It's not available on YouTube but he did one hour of a programme for 'Orange and Black' when he did R66.
Just skip the first few minutes after his introduction and go to where they start riding.
