Having a Stretch

A Cormorant along at Joppa rocks. Soc Cafe in the morning discussed a Pablo Neruda quote "If we were not so single-minded about keeping our lives moving and for once could do nothing, perhaps a huge silence might interrupt this sadness of never understanding ourselves...", whose responsibility it is to learn/teach understanding of race issues and whether freedom of speech is nothing without the freedom to criticise. After lunch said goodbye to our neighbours as they headed off to Yorkshire. Went for my walk and deliberately avoided updates on the score from Swansea until I got home. Leeds had scored an 89th minute winner for a massive three points! Still a bit to go so way too soon to celebrate. Or even start to hope.
