LD110. The pier.

It’s not straight. It springs from the rock head, so follows the line of the rock formation. It’s been around for hundreds of years, through storms and the range of local and world events that affect humanity.

Sustained good Scotland coronavirus figures today, and by all accounts face coverings have been worn (we noticed this outside supermarket). Folks on the beach and at harbour were responsible this evening. Town quiet.

Our earlier walk was around the little loch again. Read outside a fair bit of the afternoon, blowy but pleasing.

Kept in touch with family by phone and text.
