When people visit Japan they usually say "Well it was nice but I wish there had been more vending machines".  This is a vending machine that vends vending machines.  The vending machines it vends also appear to be vending something.

Today's Japanese word is Jidohanbaiki though technically these little ones that sell toys are usually referred to as Gacha gacha or Gachapon from the noise they make as you rotate the handle and they rob you of your hard earned cash.
