Return to Yorkshire

Well after several month of lockdown I finally managed a trip home to see my Mum. After catching up with what was new in the garden we managed a walk along the canal. We saw a Heron and a Jay along with lots of lovely wildflowers. I loved the way the light was playing on the water - see extra, although it loses something once it's still. The butterfly was enjoying a Dahlia in her garden. 
After being well fed I came home via the M62 and some very strange diversions!
