Garden of Hope...
Just a small part of the Garden of Hope outside a local church as I passed this morning. More in my extra. The flowers are all made from recycled materials because those who have died during this pandemic live on in the hearts and lives of those who love them. A beautiful idea and certainly lovely to look at.
This afternoon I replaced the plants in the pots so now they look like summer. Three hours later it’s been worthwhile. D has been out there all day because although he must have given away sixty plus dahlias, the rest are now in our garden, well on their way to looking good later on.
I finished Hatter’s Castle last night. Just sat there for a while afterwards. Such a sad story of pride, cruelty and selfishness and it’s effect on others leading to terrible consequences. A real classic reading experience too.
