Peloton support

Took the bikes over to Telford Town Park and down the Silkin Way for a few miles. When we came back up to the park to join Louisa and Owen, they'd been nice enough to get us lunch. Owen seems to be a fan of Gregg's vegan sausage rolls.

We even ventured briefly into town and to be honest I found it very odd. Not so many people but nobody wearing facemasks and, although the shop staff were really good, a good proportion of people didn't seem to be paying any attention to the one way system and advice for social distancing. Its probably just because I've only been in supermarkets and the hospital in the past 3 months but it was all a bit surreal...especially where the security guard was trying to tell Owen to use the other door.
