A Change Of Scene

110 Days after lockdown I got a tiny bit of what used to be "normal" back. I went to The Mate's house for tea as I had done for over 11 years. It gave us a better chance indoors to look at our computers and talk about work, plan how business could resume when he comes out of shielding next month.

Now I feel we can make other plans too, like our holiday on the boat, as a bubble, even if other restrictions don't ease and we still feel safe. It was disappointing to hear today that #2 Daughter and partner aren't also able to be free to come with us. We will see them in a couple of week's time instead.

To mark this change I've done my first blip away from home in all these days. Just a field I pass along the way.
