Today's the day …………………….. to see red

I've had quite a red day today.

It started off with this blackcurrant jam, which had a few redcurrants in the mix to bring it up to the appropriate weight.  Then I moved on to the red cabbage with apple, most of which will go in the deep freeze.  And then I'm just about to finish off two big jars of pickled red cabbage that should keep us going for a while.

So yes, all in all - quite a red sort of a day …………………...
