I have this strange sensation in my right arm doc

"Hi, doc, I have this strange pins and needles sensation in my right arm. No, I don't know what could be causing it..."

I'd hazard a guess it is the two 1D's with serious glass hanging off your shoulder mate.

Some people take this blipping too far in my opinion. :)
