Not Slip Sliding Away, The Poppy Fields, Allington

Today was only my second pint since lockdown. Me and my bro' went to a local hostelry called The Poppy Fields and had a pint of Estrella each. Going to the pub is a whole new experience. We had to to wait outside until a member of staff confirmed we were allowed to enter, then use hand sanitiser, provide contact details for track and trace and be escorted to a table where our order was taken as we were not allowed to approach the bar. I actually quite like it - I'm normally one of those people that gets ignored at the bar whilst twelve people who have arrived after me get served!
The main image is of the childrens' play area outside which is still all taped off. I loved the interconnecting shapes and forms which almost became abstract in nature.
My secondary image was taken on a footpath alongside a slip road on the M20  on the way back from the pub - my vision was immediately drawn to the strong colours and the cat's eyes staring up at me.
