"birdies everywhere"

This is often considered the sign of a tough battle - dead shuttles piling up at the side of the court! And as with any other traditional battle, blood was even shed by one of the team tonight! Great to go along and spectate at the match tonight but oh how I miss playing! :(

It was one of those funny days at work where the I felt like I had been there for 7 hours after just being there for 1 hour but yet lunchtime crept up on me before I knew it! Weird day!

Working day over and my baking fairy wings are on for the last time this week to create cupcakes by special request :) I tend to take more time than normal with these cupcakes in terms of baking and decorating etc as I consider it a compliment to be asked for them to be made, rather than just make them and hope that they will be eaten! Having went to watch the badminton match tonight, it's now looking like it's going to be a late night for this fairy....
