Lamb Steak
Grilled lamb sirloin with lavender infused olive oil and smoked Welsh sea salt, grilled romaine with Garnacha vinegar and grape musk syrup, Greek marinated broiled eggplant with capers and garlic, and tomatoes with anchovy and olive oil. Wine: Andrew Murray Curtis Vineyard Mourvèdre 2017.
There was nothing not to love about this dinner—very Mediterranean, and very Summer. It also features a new (to me) preparation of eggplant that I find pleasant.
