Tops.

Oooh dear - I think this is my first EB.  Started off as little early evening drink - just 7 of us, no nibbles and plans to go to our respective homes for dinner/supper but here it is 1/2 hr. to midnight and I have just taken tops off two peppers and grabbed last 2 garlic cloves, drizzled far too much olive oil over them and thrown in the oven to roast in readiness for  ribbon pasta, cream, ham and Parmesan shavings. This is not going to feel good in the morning.  Ho hum.
