A Friday swim with beer to follow. I was really pleased to be able to make some direct links to Tuesday’s training today ... really helpful, so I emailed the trainer to thank him.
We were joined by my friend’s daughter who was up from Manchester and then her husband too after his work. The promised sun never really materialised and it was rather chilly but lovely as ever.
