Apple Crumble & Fitch

When you walk past doughnuts with the same surname as you, it makes them even harder to resist...

We rewarded our extreme self-control in not succumbing to the temptation by buying some chocolate chip cookies :-)

Gratefuls:

- Another lovely day spent with my sister, exploring some streets off the beaten track. So thankful for this time with her.
- The smell of curry...always coming from our neighbouring flats (and the inspiration for our dinner tonight!)
- Good health, in more ways than one. Studying about illness again, helping me to appreciate the suffering I don’t have.
- A prayer group started by one of my friends from DTS. To be able to join with family from 17 different countries from all over the world, to encourage and spur one another on.
- Esther getting into the uni she wanted! Which means she’ll be staying in Northern Ireland too!
