Thursday certainly brought plenty of variety.

Among the day's activities were a spot of gardening, a 2-hour phone call with friends from Englandshire, a doorstep blether with my cousin as she dropped off some fish from Tesco, writing a prayer to be recorded and used in our church service for a week on Sunday and a bit of a play with various WordPress themes with a view to freshening up our church blog in the near future. Welcome to my world!

As my walk was rather late-ish, i.e. after 7.00pm, I decided to make it a short one - along the main road to Dennyloanhead, turn left up to the fields behind the village, left again and follow various paths through the fields back to the road. This was the view looking south (probably nearer SSW) towards the Canal and beyond.
