Backing

Juno and I headed out for a snowy walk, it was not that cold.

Walked to work.

Work was a session of sitting.

No lunch, I was allowed out to a suppliers site for a meeting. A 4 hour walk through, we are almost there. I spent my afternoon in this seat. The room was very clinical white.

Ran home, getting easier.

A couple of friends came up for tea and chat.

Away to sort out my drills for the football.
