When you're smiling.....

Had a really good day today!

Work went really well. Had a presentation if an idea to the directors today and not only did they approve it they really loved it!! So smiles there!

Spent the afternoon with my team which always makes me smile. They're a good bunch and work so hard! Makes work almost bearable knowing they're there to support me!


Personal training was bloody tough as usual and I'd put two pounds on. Which I kind of knew. I've got a bit complacent. So back to gym and soup and I will soon be back on track. Was feeling a bit miserable and then I got sent this pic of my two favourite people!! And the smile returned!!
