Victory!!

For several years I've been battling the deer who eat my day lilies....and this year I seem to have achieved a minor victory!
I'm not crowing yet because there are about 30 more buds ready to burst,  and the deer still might decide a buffet would be nice.....but just to see some of them bloom has made my day!!
