Bumper Carrot Cake

It's my Granddaughters 3rd Birthday next week....we're having staggered slots to see her ...not the party we'd all hope for or that she deserves ...but make the best of everything! She is massively into Peter Rabbit and everything Beatrix Potter land ....so have cooked BUMPER carrot cake....Will ice and try decorate tomorrow...so that will be next blip....few homely days....just longing for days I can be the grandmother I want to be to her ...
