Out in the garden again but this time wearing a pair of old Adidas tracksuit trousers zipped tight at the ankles. The bites are looking and feeling better today.

Some flowers were falling over and needed extra staking including this knapweed. It's one of my gardening successes ...... I grew it from seed.
