IT'S GIBSON WEEK

And here's a carved-top guitar from the 1930's.

Much as I detest modern Gibsons, the old ones sing true & make you want to play.- this is another gem - it just needs  a replacement tuner which should arrive tomorrow? No-one's holding breath Covid-19 spreads uncertainty n'est-ce pas?

This afternoon I had to close a crack in the back of another lovely old Gibson which belongs to a Parisian arsehole collector who keeps his monstrous collection in a bank vault which has no humidity control.
