Unfortunate Day!!

This has been my view for most of the day......I’m not complaining but it’s because I have hurt my back! I am not able to do much at all so between exercises, a bit of a walk in the garden and then a rest that’s it. All I did was put a heavy bag from the trolley into the boot of the car.....that’s all I can think that caused it! Bah!!! We were meant to spend the weekend with the camping club at a local site but that’s not going to happen. We may go to the cheese and wine tomorrow evening and bbq on Saturday but not stay! What a shame!
