Sweet Home Chicago
I'm home finally. It feels like I was gone a month but it was only 9 days. So much was accomplished and yet so much remains.
California has been my home for more years than my sweet home Chicago, yet it feels foreign to me. I think this is a good thing. I think it means I am content where I am. I am indeed glad to be home yet I already miss my Dad.
I took some amazing shots from the window behind the wing of the 737 we flew home in, yet this one is more blip-worthy since it is the fascinating C-Concourse that takes thousands of travelers per day underneath the tarmac between terminals at O'Hare International Airport in Chicago, Illinois. It is an underground tunnel walkway with 'people-movers' and psychedelic colorful lights that move along with the moving people. It is very strange. I love it.
Back blipped the following: Compassion
Ancient Art
Orange County California Palms
Time
Long Beach Marina
A Grip
At the Folks'
Naked Tree
I've missed blipping and commenting - I will do my best to catch up with you all soon.
Today I am purely thankful for HOME...wherever it may be.
