Winter garden?

For some reason, this lovely building in Brisbane is called the 'winter garden'- it's a shopping centre but I love the three dimensional effect of the facade!
We had a lovely day in the city- feeling much better! I must look back to last year and make sure I don't blip the same things. A bit of shopping and got my 'holiday' nails done- love these salons over here where you sit in a massage chair getting pampered watching chic flicks on a big screen- I was disappointed when my nails dried and I was good to go.
We picked up our hire car for our drive up to Noosa to-morrow then met my daughter and her fiancé for dinner at an amazing turkish restaurant- you could eat 'all round the world' here in Brisbane. my daughter informed me that there are more restaurants per capita here than any other city in Australia- that's the diet out the window!
