The new balls arrived this afternoon and are an improvement on the one bought locally last week, but still not perfect. Once the leash has been extended with some climbing line they will fly!

Earlier a day of meetings was enlivened by chats with C - advising her on a possible new PhD - and И - who wanted advice on cheap places to stay in France. I tried giving a presentation to a script - not to be repeated! - and started to look at how to add subtitles to a presentation!
