It’s baking Wednesday!

As per our lockdown routine, today is baking day.

L and I made cheese straws today. Neither of us have ever made them before so it was a bit of an experiment. L preferred them before the oven, while N and I prefer them after!

I saw the dentist this morning. It was a regular check up which had been postponed as it was originally booked for 25th March - just 2 days after lockdown. Turns out my regular dentist has now left and I saw her replacement - a young man who went through the school I teach at... in fact we established that I taught his little brother! Small world.
