Basingstoke Canal

Good cycle westward along the Basingstoke Canal to the end, bottom left, past Greywell Tunnel, and back, 82Km. First time past Aldershot. Best done during week as narrow in places, due to greenage, and busy at wkends. Lunch at King Johns Odiham Castle.

Saw 1 cormorant, 2 kingfishers, 4 Herons, 10 swans, 22 signets, 25 ducks, 50+ Canadian geese / goslings, 1 squirrel and 9999 dogs.
