The cruise boats are sailing again, a circular route only and tickets have to be booked online. In the blip the entrance to the pier was being mopped just after 9am.

In the afternoon we went to Grasmere. It looked very much like it did pre lockdown (except for people getting off the bus wearing masks) and we were lucky to find a parking space in the centre. After a walk we did our bit to support a local business and bought an ice cream.

Later some weeding and I cut the front lawn before the rain returns tomorrow.
