Since moving to Stavanger I have had to learn how to cook, the luxury of popping into Marks and Spencer's for a almost-ready-ready-meal are long gone. Here its all about cooking from scratch, I am definitely getting better, my biggest frustration is going to Meny (our supermarket) with a plan of what I am going to cook and finding they have none of the basics in stock, so it is always a good treat when they have a selection!
