My sister and her daughter have been staying. We were allowed to combine bubbles, and she was allowed to cross the Scottish border, because she is a single-adult household. On this day, Monday 6th, people in Wales were allowed to drive more than five miles.for the first time in months. So, we drove to Lydney, near the Welsh border town of Chepstow, and my sister K's friend T, who lives in Wales, crossed the border to meet us, because the cafes in England are open but the ones in Wales aren't!
