Mates together...

J visited today. Too short a time with him but great all the same. He was meeting with two of his closest friends, one of whom lost his father very recently. We sent them off with a hastily made packed lunch and they had a wonderful time together, just being boys again. All are now dads themselves.

Yesterday he and Esmée had a day out with another Daddycare pair from the NCT group. All was quiet while watermelon was eaten. Her favourite food of the moment.
