Busy Bumble Bee

Not a particularly elegant rear end shot of the Bee until you consider the amount of pollen it has collected and is carrying. I have no idea why it doesn't fall off in flight or during the operation to extract more from various flowers. In this instance he was visiting a large  Lavender bush so I focussed on one area and he obligingly "posed". Hopefully the pollen will qualify for the challenge.
