Lisa said that I couldn't use the old joke for this picture, but...but...SHE DOES NOT CONTROL MY BLIP SITE!!!

The old joke is in the form of a sign, and the sign reads:

A BATH...50 CENTS
TO WATCH...ONE DOLLAR

Actually, this is photo-shopped. The bird on the right chased off the bird that was bathing, but I couldn't resist putting them together...with the joke.
