Leisure Cruising......?

We had a lazy morning catching up on the domestics.

But we did eventually get out for a walk after lunch. We went to Tittesworth Reservoir. This is the view from the dam wall looking back across the reservoir towards The Roaches. You can just about see the top of Shuttlingsloe too.

The extra was taken on our drive home and is of the Wrekin in Shropshire. We had stopped at the top of Gun Moor as you get fantastic views. The light was rather strange, as there was a band of sunlight very low on the horizon. We could see as far as Beeston Castle and Peckforton Hills in Cheshire, and right over to the Clwydians in Wales and even into Snowdonia!!
