Esme Gets A Hat

Esme and her parents came by for a porch visit. I gave her an early first birthday present (she turns one on Wednesday). I made the hat last January or February, but like just about everything else, the giving was put on hold.
Our distancing is going to last a lot longer than we'd feared, but it was reassuring and good to hear friends in their 30s talk about grassroots organizing, the planet, and their place in it.
