Barview Jetty

This jetty, "built in 1917, out of 37,000 tons of stone, extends 5,213 feet into the ocean..." We made a stop there on our way home, and walked almost to the end. An amazing piece of engineering to block some of the ocean's relentless ferocity. Back home now. Thanks to daughter Sanna stopping by to water, garden and flowers are alive and well.
